Your first visit will include reviewing your goals and concerns, evaluating your health status, and discussing your past history. You will leave the virtual appointment with a personalized plan to meet your goals. Our goal is that you have the necessary tools to meet your goals as well as have a team to keep you on track.

Patients in this program typically have up to six scheduled appointments throughout the year to monitor and track their goals. You will continue to receive your annual appointment with your Women’s Health Consulting provider.
- Weight Journey+ includes up-to-date information on the science behind weight loss including nutritional guidelines, information about weight loss medication, nutritional optimization, effective exercise expansion, and metabolic health. Patients in this program typically have up to six scheduled appointments throughout the year to monitor and track their goals. You will continue to receive your annual appointment with your Women’s Health Consulting provider.
All members of Together+ will have 24/7 access to the true. team with a texting service. You will be able to access a provider for a private chat or to ask a confidential question 7 days a week.
Since you are a patient of Women’s Health Consulting, we can access your past records at Women’s Health Consulting on your behalf with your consent. This ensures that there is continuity of care across Women’s Health Consulting and true. providers.
No, the Together+ Membership fee do not include medications for patients. We will write a prescription to the requested pharmacy and our team will work with your insurance to find coverage.

Membership medicine is a method of medical practice where the Physician, Physician Assistant, or Nurse Practitioner is able to spend additional time with a patient and provide enhancements to the traditional healthcare setting. It is designed to allow a slower-paced, more personalized environment to support optimal health for each patient. true. providers will address all of your midlife, menopause, sexual health, weight management questions and provide wellness evaluations, a personalized Life Action Plan, and detailed midlife, menopause, sexual wellness, and weight management education.
In the traditional medicine model, providers may be responsible for 2,000 to 4,000 patients. In concierge medicine, the number of patients is limited. You benefit by having more face-to-face time with your provider and multiple visits scheduled over the year to assess your personal wellness and keep you accountable in achieving your goals.
Our true. providers are available through the texting service 24/7 just in case any problems arise and can help you decide next steps to take.
The membership fee allows you greater access to true.'s team. in a convenient, high-touch, relationship-based care. This fee is not covered by your health insurer. true.'s model is different in that you pay a membership fee in advance for the ability to schedule visits with our providers, access to our specialized women's health team, educational content, and 24/7 access with the true. texting service.
The membership fee is ineligible for Flex Spending or HSA. No part of the concierge fee paid by Medicare patients can be applied towards Medicare-covered service.
Yes, you will still need to maintain your normal health insurance, even after you pay the true membership fee. When we order blood work, diagnostic imaging (x-rays, bone density tests, MRI, etc.), specialist visits, or allied healthcare (physical therapy, occupational therapy, etc.), the provider of those services will bill your insurance directly. We will bill your insurance for the services we provide and participate with most major insurance companies.
Wellness+ is $3,000 annually or $250 monthly, or you may pay in full for $2,900 at the start of your year. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Weight Journey+ is $1,800 annually or $150 monthly, or you may pay in full for $1,700 at the start of your year. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
No — your Together+ Membership is a concierge-style program with a simple monthly or annual fee. We do not bill insurance for membership services. However, your insurance may still be used for certain medical services outside of the membership, such as lab testing, in-person services through your TWH practice, or referrals like specialist visits, imaging or ultrasounds.
