Dr. Butler has practiced for over 25 years with Women's Health Consulting. Her highly competent and endearing style has helped her guide patients through the full continuum of care, from childbirth to menopause and important milestones in between. She is a passionate caregiver and strives not only to educate her patients, but also to advocate for them in all matters related to their health and welfare. Dr. Butler is on the Business Development advisory board for Together Women's Health and is the Physician Managing Director for WHC.

Dr. Kritzer has been part of the Women's Health Consulting family since 2014. She was drawn to the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology in large part because of the unique privilege to care for her patients through all stages of their lives, including adolescence, reproductive years, and menopause. Her calm demeanor and dedication to lifelong learning have helped to build the trust and confidence that are so important in the patient-doctor relationship.

Dr. Rubin has been practicing at Women's Health Consulting since 2006 and believes in building long-lasting doctor-patient relationships. The recipient of numerous teaching awards from the Northwestern residents and students, Dr. Rubin loves to also educate her patients about their health. Through compassionate, evidence-based medical care, she strives to be a partner in health through all stages of her patients’ lives.

Dr. McDonald is a Board-Certified Obstetrician Gynecologist and published author. Known in the media as Dr. Every Woman, Dr. McDonald shares evidence-based health information to educate the masses and inspire future physicians through music and literature in fun and innovative ways.

As an obstetrician-gynecologist at Women's Health Consulting, Dr. Cronin is deeply committed to the advocacy and well-being of her patients. Inspired by a passion for patient advocacy and legislative change, Dr. Cronin chose a career in women's healthcare for its dynamic blend of daily variety and long-term patient relationships. Her approach is anchored in delivering evidence-based medicine with a personalized touch, ensuring that every patient feels supported and well-informed in their healthcare decisions. Dr. Cronin strives to build respectful and trusting relationships, providing the kind, caring, and excellent healthcare her patients deserve.

Dr. Fayoumi is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to women at every stage of life. Originally from Naperville, Illinois, she earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa and her medical degree from the University of Illinois at Peoria. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Fayoumi’s passion for women’s health is rooted in her commitment to caring for patients throughout every chapter of their lives, from adolescence to menopause and beyond. She values taking the time to truly listen, building trust, and creating a welcoming environment where women feel respected, heard, and empowered to make informed decisions about their care. With a strong interest in global health and advocacy, Dr. Fayoumi is driven to advance health equity and expand access to quality women’s healthcare worldwide. She believes in the power of education and advocacy to improve outcomes and foster healthier communities, both locally and globally. Outside of medicine, she enjoys reading, traveling, taking fitness classes, and exploring local farmers’ markets.

Dr. Layne is dedicated to providing compassionate, comprehensive women’s healthcare. Originally from Chicago, she earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and her medical degree from Meharry Medical College in 2012, before completing her OB/GYN residency at Wayne State University/Detroit Medical Center in 2016. Dr. Layne was drawn to obstetrics and gynecology by a lifelong fascination with reproductive health and the unique privilege of caring for two patients simultaneously—the birthing parent and the baby. She considers it an honor to be part of such a monumental and intimate moment in her patients’ lives. She also appreciates the spontaneity of her field, where every day brings something new and meaningful. Her clinical interests include uterine fibroids, abnormal uterine bleeding, and reproductive health. She is deeply passionate about advancing health equity and shaping policy to improve access to quality care for all women. Dr. Layne prides herself on treating each patient as she would want to be treated, prioritizing open communication, trust, and empathy. She strives to create a welcoming environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered to make informed decisions about their health. Outside of medicine, Dr. Layne enjoys traveling, reading, and exploring all that her hometown of Chicago has to offer.

Margot is a certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with experience in obstetrics, gynecology, forensic nursing, and gynecologic oncology. She has a passion for evidence-based practice that strives to include the most up-to-date research, clinical expertise, and patients’ values. With her experience in forensic nursing, she ensures that she implements best practices and consistently uses a trauma-informed approach. Margot is also passionate about encouraging preventive care, such as routine screenings and living an active and healthy lifestyle. She enjoys getting to know her patients and helping in any way she can.
